    • Sales of residential real estate (existing and new construction sales)
    • Valuation and presentation of properties
    • Professional and sustainable consulting/support of the customers during the whole process
    • Maintaining relationships with cooperation partners in your sales area
    • Implementation of sales and marketing activities
    • Acquisition of new properties for marketing

    What should you bring with you?

    • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a real estate agent.
    • Alternatively, you should have a degree in the real estate sector with professional experience or a comparable qualification
    • Your acquisition and negotiation skills distinguish you as a sales professional
    • You have good manners and a confident and professional appearance
    • You act independently in the interest of the company
    • Very good knowledge of German and English
    • Confident handling of MS-Office, Internet & databases
    • Driving license class B
    • You have a good network to relevant market participants
